The Firebox folding stove is nothing short of great design. This incredibly versatile 2.2 lb multi-fuel stove folds up to a slim 1/2″, but can handle just about any fuel source you can throw at it. You can use solid fuel cubes, sticks, wood pellets, yard debris, sterno cans, briquettes, or any number of other small combustibles and biomass products.
One of the things we like most about the Firebox is the extremely solid build. Constructed of 18 Gauge stainless steel, with a zero-weld design, it’s about as sturdy as you can get for a semi-lightweight stove; and with at least nine different ways to use and set it up, it’ll never let you down.
While 2.2lbs might be a bit heavy for long hikes on the trail, we highly recommend this stove to anyone looking for a great emergency or alternate source of heat, light, and hot food. The Firebox is a portable, reliable, well-built, and cost effective solution for anyone that might be on the go, or needs a backup for home. At only $49.99 (w/ free shipping in the US), it’s a great addition to your Zombie preparedness or home emergency kit.
We tested our stove with great results, the only problem was that we wish we’d had one sooner. Check out foldingfirebox.com for more details or to purchase a stove.

Smaller than a pair of Chucks
We would like to thank Firebox for sending us a stove for review, and congratulate them for creating such a great tool.
